I haven't noticed one this year, so I thought I'd post this info for everyone who's in the market for a new jersey.  With last year's big hit (lightinthebox.com) not offering jerseys anymore, I came across two other sites which have been good so far:

It took about two weeks for my jersey to come from Jersey 101 and it looks fantastic.  They just added the "new" third jerseys and have a selection of those (Keith, Byfuglien, Kane, Toews, Hull, Huet).  I personally never had any problems with Jersey 101 or Lightinthebox, but there are the occasional stories out there of people not being happy.  If you're interested in reading more about either of these places there's a thread about them on HFBoards.com (link).  There's a ton of photos from people who've bought stuff so you can do some more investigating in that thread that I linked.  

Hope this helps out some people who are in a crunch, but wanting a new jersey.
