Playmaker Efficiency/Dominance Week 2

This is the week 2 Playmaker numbers for the 2011 season.
This was originally a document of RBs with respect to Team Efficiency. In the effort to make as much work for myself as possible, I've incorporated a new number, as well as retroactively fit all playmakers (including WRs) of 10 touches or more to the document. The reason was that it seemed arbitrary to ignore RBs that had many more receptions than handoffs, and also to ignore WRs that were given a RBs share of looks during the game.

The whole debate surrounding the effectiveness and use of Chris Johnson this last weekend got me pretty annoyed, to the point where I decided to crunch some numbers to try to determine which RBs best contributed to their teams offensive production, and which were the worst. Johnson and his peers after the jump.
