Ok, I've been watching the Wisconsin game. Terbush gets a gimme touchdown from blown coverage by Wisky after a great return....after this NOTHING. Marve comes in just before half and we DRIVE and score. So after half time what does our genius coach do....put TerBush back in. What does TerBush do? NOTHING but a TERRIBLE interception deep in our own territory.
Hope sticking with TerBush?!???!?

Purdue's road losses are very very respectable
Just saw this on the Cliz blog: the 4 teams Purdue have lost to on the road are a combined 45-2 at home this year......we were in all of them except the OSU game.

So Purdue loses a nail bitter for the second time in a row. It hurts. The loss itself doesn't hurt as much as how it has happened. Twice we had plenty of time to tie the game up at least, twice we made bone-headed decisions at crucial times, twice Moore and Smith were MIA, and worst of all twice we were the better team. The officiating was piss poor both ways, but it seemed like there were more BS calls on us, particularly the Lew Jack phantom touch and all the flops called their way. What made everything the worst though..........the announcers. It sounded as though they were getting off to WV's big shots and plays. The whole game they only showed WV highlights, and what made me most angry was when Jones hit that 3 and the announcers were giggling like lil girls. We just need to shut these people up by winning these games in the future!

I know I should expect nothing but crap when I look at Parrish's "Top 25 and 1" but I just can't help myself. He's becoming as bad as Colin Cowherd as far as hating Purdue. I understand we lost to Richmond. Great....we are definitely not deserving of top 10 at this point. However, we do nothing but win since then and are still only #23. Really! He has 6- 2+ loss teams ahead of us. He doesn't even really dog on Tennessee that much, just "The Vols now have wins over Villanova and Pittsburgh, and losses to Oakland and Charlotte." If we lost twice in one week not only would we be unranked by him, but we'd be predicted to finish dead last in the big Ten. All I can ask is that as Boiler fans we all start commenting on his boards, sending him emails, etc to let him know how much of an idiot he is, and that once our Boilers prove him wrong, which they will, he better not jump on the bandwagon but instead apologize on his hands and knees!

So, my buddy was driving on campus like any other day this week. All of a sudden he see's someone starting to run across the road, in a random spot, just in front of him with out even looking both ways. The person of course had in his Ipod ear buds and just about got creamed. Luckily my buddy was being observant and saw it coming so he slammed on his breaks in plenty of time. Who was this unobservant jogger? None other than our recuperating Robbie Hummel. If either of them would have got there any earlier, we would have something very bad on our hands and my friend would be Purdue's Steve Bartman......
Our boilers finally boil over Hummel questions
Hopefully this will give the media a clue to shut up and ask questions about our team as is. It's like how the PGA guys will feel when Tiger comes back.
