Fantasy Hockey Scouts Closing in on a championship.

Hi guys. I'm in a deep, points-only keeper league with a cap. I'm in first place (and have been since early-November), but I want another take on whether what I have is strong enough to take me to the finish line.

Fantasy Hockey Scouts I'm in first place now, but you gotta keep tinkering...

Hey guys - I'm just looking for some general advice on my team. I'm in a very deep 20-team keeper points-only league.

I'm pretty well setup at forward and in goal. I'm a little shallow on D. I have a few relatively cheap, young forwards who have potential, but who haven't been performing well so far this season: Okposo, Berglund and Anisimov, and I'm wondering which of those three you guys think I should look at moving first. Ideally I'd like to package one of them with a waiver wire-type d-man to upgrade my own defense, and I'm wondering which of those three everyone thinks is the worst bet of the bunch.

Silver Seven Let the rumours of Alfie's retirement commence.

It's starting to show up in some other Sens blogs now, so we might as well discuss it here: Erin Nicks (Sens blogger at the Universal Cynic and former MSM scribe) has made mention on her Twitter account of the possibility that Alfie could retire at the end of this season.

She cites unnamed sources that claim #11 has been discussing it with his friends.

Nicks isn't known for peddling ridiculous rumours, so this seems worth throwing out there.

Silver Seven Who would you like to see replace Garry Galley?

Since 2006, Garry Galley has been the booth analyst alongside play-by-play man Dean Brown on Rogers Sportsnet Senators broadcasts. Galley recently announced he was leaving that position to focus solely on Hockey Night in Canada and have more time at home. Who would you like to see replace him?

The obvious candidates are Gord Wilson and Shaun Van Allen who have both done significant radio work on the Team 1200's broadcasts. Is there anyone else out there in the running? If you could have your choice, who would you pair with Dean?
