According to TMZ.com Former UFC LHW Champion Forrest Griffin has pulled out of his May 29th bout with Lil Nog do to a shoulder injury.  Well all I have to say is thank god...... I didn't want to see Forrest turned into blackhouses lil bitch.  I wonder who the UFC will match lil nog up with, with such short notice.......jon jones you ready to step up....way up???? I just hope he gets a great and ready opponent so we can see him in action.

Enson Inoue is making his long awaited and surprising return after 6 years on the sideline. On the night of Yoshidas's retirement, Enson will come out of retirement to fight Antz Nansen a young man from New Zeland who is comming off his mma pro debut with a win over another debuting fighter by tko. Known for his battles in Shooto and VTJ many years ago Inoue made his way to Pride FC and fought some of Prides greatest heavy weigths at that time. Losing more then he won he gained fans in his epic wars with Mark Kerr and Igor Vovchanchyn .  Let me just say welcome back Enson and when the hell is your book comming out????   So what does everyone think about good ol Enson back under those lights again???
