How will the board of governors vote go down?

I realized the whole situation is still fluid and a lot of factors could change, but what are the how will the Board of Governors vote go down? That seems to be the last hope for Sacramento that the Kings will not move Obviously the Lakers and Clippers will vote no, but how will the other teams vote?

Sactown Royalty 2010 Sactown Royalty Draft Board

1) John Wall

We all know he's not gonna fall to the Kings and his strengths and weakness have been well documented so why bother elaborating more.

2) Evan Turner

See above.

3) Derrick Favors

This is where things start to get interesting.  I think he won't fall to us but we would draft him in a heartbeat.                This guy has a lot of question marks about him because of the system he plays in at Georgia Tech.  There are a lot of facets of his game that have not been revealed.  That being said, he has a lot of strengths that could help bolster the weakness for the Kings.  According to draftexpress.com some Favors’s strengths are: Excellent hands, Ability to contest shots, Defensive fundamentals, Defensive fundamentals, Defensive potential, Pick and roll defense, Shot-blocking skills, Versatility to defend multiple positions, Huge upside, Work ethic, Ability to finish around basket, Ability to finish through contact, and Excellent rebounder. Those are some excellent skills that could complement this team very well.

4) Wesley Johnson

There is a distinct possibility he could fall to us, but the draft will have to work into our favor in order for it to happen much the same way things worked out for us last year with Tyreke.  Johnson could complement Tyreke well in the backcourt both on offense and on defense.  He's 6'7" in shoes which is great size for a shooting guard and paired with his defensive ability of a smaller man, they could be a tough pair to play against on defense.  He is also a great outside shooter which paired with Tyreke's ability to drive into the lane, could be a great one-two inside outside shooting punch.  Now I understand that DX predicts him to be a sf/pf  but I could see him playing sg with a pg like Tyreke.

5) Al-Farouq Aminu

This kid is athletic and has great potential.  Combined with a great coach to develop him and this could become great.  He has great defense but a terrible shot which he is working on this summer.  My only problem with drafting him is that he seems to replicate a lot of the abilities of Donte and Omri but if  the above guys are taken, I'd say go for it.

6) Greg Monroe

He has a good passing touch and a high basketball IQ, so he would be a great player to add.  He almost seems like another Spencer Hawes in his abilities, but if he can rebound well and be a strong post presence, I'd be more than happy to get him.

7) DeMarcus Cousins

His abilities have already been well documented and I don't have a new opinion to offer about his abilities.  I think he falls this far purely because of his body fat percentage and the the questions about his mental state.  With the trend Petrie started last season, I don't forsee him drafting someone who's head isn't screwed on right.

8) Epke Udoh

There are questions about his physical toughness which I think will hurt his positioning in Petrie's eyes in the long run.  He started a trend last year of drafting tough players who won't shy away from contact and when it comes down to tie breakers between player's abilities and how close they are, I think toughness will be the ultimate factor.

9) Cole Aldrich

If he had more potential, I think his draft stock would be a lot higher.  Combined with his lack of advanced post moves, I question whether or not he would be a good fit with the Kings.  He is definitley a player who could see his draft stock rise if he plays his cards right in the workouts.

10) Ed Davis

He seems to be stuck between a 4 and a 5 and I would not forsee him catching on to the liking of this organization.

11) Daniel Orton

His combination of lack of experience, bad knees, and questions of his attitude hurt his positioning because the Kings want to make the playoffs in the near future and do not want to take a gamble on a player who could not work out.

12) Xaier Henry

This is another guy who could rise in the Kings mock draft when he goes through a workout with the Kings.  He can play defense and offense but he seems to be a one dimensional player has limited upside, something that can really hurt him.  However his ability to make outside shots could pair well with Tyreke in the backcourt as well.

13) Patrick Patterson

He is ultimately hurt by his lack of size, the Kings need someone who can be a tough big man playing center, and both JT and Spencer haven't proven themselves as the long term solution at center, so I am not sure if the Kings would not want to draft a big man who can't play center.

14) Avery Bradley

His ability to play both pg and sg could pair well and help back up Tyreke's deficienies much the same way Beno does.

15) Hassan Whiteside

His potential is limited however, he does meet the needs of this at the 4/5 position.

"Memphis guard Tyreke Evans, who is believed by many to be the leading candidate for the team's No. 4 pick in the draft that is just hours away, was the driver in a 2007 shooting in which his cousin, 18-year-old Jamar Evans, killed 19-year-old Marcus Reason from the passenger seat of the car."
