NL Posteseason Pitching
Assuming the Giants win the Wild Card, which I think they will, I want to hear all the chatter about the pitching for the 4 NL teams going into the postseason. The dodgers have the best bullpen, the phillies and giants have great starters, and the cards are experienced and are go deep. The lineups are also very important but with october coming and teams start playing 5 and 7 game series, the pitching gets shuffled around to set the tone for the series and to match up against certain teams and players. Knowing that pitching wins championships more so than anything, what does everyone think...?
Is Mannywood over?
the dodgers are several games under 500 with manny back in the lineup. his average has been dipping since his return as well as his overall production and field play. this guy is getting tons of money and not producing when it counts the most. my contention. is that manny has returned from his suspension with a shattered ego and hes got too much on his mind to be the same guy. embracing the hype and love Los Angeles gave to him was what fueled Ramirez and that fuel is gone now because we all know the truth about what kind of guy manny is, and its just a little awkward for the fans but mostly him...
