What kind of comps does Marrero have?

He seems to be an overlooked prospect in some regards.  He's just turned 19(in his first full pro season) and has already been promoted midseason to High A.  Not only has he survived the promotion, but his numbers in many ways have improved.  His BB:K ratio has certainly improved after the promotion from acceptable before to good now.  He's showing good power and batting average along with improving patience.  Have not heard good reports on defense, but it looks like his bat can certainly carry him.  Anyway what are his top comps, and what's his upside comp at this early part of his career?
