Born in Mercer Co., PA (NW of PGH); grew up in NY and NE Ohio (Penn-Ohio line). My favoritism for most teams developed while living in that team's state at the time I came to follow THAT sport--NY - Yankees; OH - OHST; NY - Steelers following a solid thumping in 1978 of my step-dad's team, the Bills. Fell in love that day with that "yellow and black team."
