Burnt Orange Nation Boise St.

As mentioned in the "Daily Roundup", Boise St. is looking for a road opponent in 2011 (Link).  Does anyone know who in the athletic department we can write and beg them to take BSU up on this?  As a fan I'm tired of our OOC schedule because it: 1) sent fucking OU to the title game last year, 2) makes us look like vaginas equal in size to TTU, 3) regulates us to a bunch of crappy FSN games I have to watch in standard def, and 4) gives the already anti-UT media one more reason to pile on the hate.  And if anyone is reading this and thinking "fuck no I don't want to schedule BSU, we might lose", immediately stop reading this, navigate to craigslist, and place an add for your missing balls.  What's your thought process, that we might lose and hurt our MNC chances?  Guess what; if we lose to BSU at home with a junior Garrett Gilbert at QB, then we're not going to win the MNC anyways.  And if we're not going to win the MNC anyways, I'd like to watch as many good UT games as I can, win or lose.

Hail to the Orange Why don't we do this with NIU?

http://collegefootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2009/07/29/w-kentucky-to-begin-four-game-series-with-kentucky-in-2010/

Play every year, home and home, with NIU's home games at Solider Field.  And make it a true home game for NIU, so that they can keep the gate (which should sell out) and ESPN can pick it up, since they have the rights to MAC home games (shopping neutral site games can get tricky.)  Hell, play the thing on a Thursday (MAC loves it, and has the Big 10 ever done it?) so Zook can keep raising the scheduling bar (I love FSU and Cinncy after Big 10 play ends, genius).  AND, we play one more I-A game (all of our games should be I-A) so no one can mock us during the offseason for scheduling a bunch of cupcakes.  The only drawbacks as I see it are: 1)NIU might not want to give up a home game very other year and 2) we might be afraid that we'll lose.  Anyone else think of a reason not to do this?

I hope they're right, I can't take too many more WMU games.

Hail to the Orange Miami recruits do something ours simply can't

http://www.sportingnews.com/blog/TheRecruitnik/entry/view/28827/sn100_dt_tells_side_of_being_kicked_out_of_floridas_camp

Get kicked out of a rival school's summer camp for flashing the team they have committed to's hand sign.  Which got me thinking: why don't we have a hand sign that could get a recruit kicked out of a camp?  Or myself kicked out of a bar?  The Gator Chomp and Hook 'em Horns have annoyed people for years, and UF and UT fans couldn't be any happier.  Any ideas on what we could do to join in the fun?
