I just watched this nonsense on another skins blog,and im furious about what he implies about our fan base and the Redskins coaching staff.First of all he said that the move to get Cousins was a racial move to cover Shanahans ass if Griffin doesnt suceed.Well ,if he thought that hed rather have a white QB ,than why the hell did he trade 2 1st rounders and a 2nd,to move up and get a super talent and superior teamate.DUMB STATEMENT!!!!!!

Then he proceeded to question us,as a fanbase!I am all in on this QB ,he is gonna be a special kid regardless of skin color!! The QB position was the absolute weakest position on our team for the last 2 years or so,and theese moves put us in a winning direction.So Bayless find somethin else to bitch about and leave us dedicated fans ,coaches,and players alone!! the link http://espn.go.com/video/clip?id=7872352

With the 5th pick of the 2012 draft the Washington Redskins............????? Last year i didnt see all the trade downs coming,but it was obvious that hind-site,Shanahan and Allen know what there doing.I will say that if Jake Locker was there ,Kerrigan would be playing for someone else.There plan B was a very good back-up plan,And i think its going to be the same this year.Sometime i forgot that Kerrigan was a rookie,Hankerson showed some flashes of what could be,Helu has improved every game,Gomes could be a star,Jenkins has alot of hype ,but could emerge as a special talent,Neild was the Mountaineers rock on defense in college,and was very badly missed.Royster showed that he wasnt a wasted pick.The O-limeman (i think his name is Hurt)when forced into action,played fairly decent.8 players out of last years draft seeing a high percentage of playing time is impressive.A QB is on the radar,again! But i dont want to see the Skins waste a high pick if there is not the right fit there a.k.a. Blaine Gabbert.In my opinion the O-LINE is not as bad as some suggest,but depth is needed.Defensively we need to add some depth for the future,and maybe a top-notch corner this year,but over-all ,looking like a competitive unit.I wouldnt be upset to go all out for Luck,or draft RGIII .But i really dont think we are going to land either one.But i do know that there are going to be 2nd round QB's in this years draft,that are the same or better than we have,with at least upside.Rex is what you got,nothing more.Digging a team out of years of mismanagement and turmoil takes years,and we are moving forward.Some bash Shanahan ,but he is molding a Blue-Collar,lunch pail,tough-nosed,Get-R-Done ball team!

Injuries had a big part in the Braves missing the playoffs,and i doubt we would have done anything if we got there.But the best move they done in this off-season is dump Lowe!!!They could have time shared all his starts and still made the playoffs.I think that we should be patient,and not over-react,bring up some youngsters and see what we have.Our pitching talent is one of the best in the minors,and we have some above avg.talent at other spots.Gonzalez was great deffensively,but awful at the plate.Id give our SS prospects every chance to start.And this Terdoslavich kid should be working at LF,to see if he has the D to compete,his stick is awesome.

Ill start by saying that we are not playing very good football,and a good percentage of the reason is because of our offense.Our major need is at QB,but we need a bookend T or a nasty G , and a WR that  commands attention.The way the rest of the schedule looks ,we will be in the top 10 at least and good shot at a top 5 pick.Last years draft was excellent! Helu will be an above avg. back ,and he is very smart and works hard.Hankerson is the same,works hard and will not be bust.We all know about Kerrigan,i forget that he is a rookie sometimes.Jenkins,if he comes back and stays healthy,will be a very good DE.Gomes was a very interesting pick,and i think he will be very good.Neild is a very solid,blue collar player and with a year under his belt will excel.Thats 6 YOUNG players outta last years draft that will add depth,or start.Alotta bashing on Shanahan and Allen about the way things are going but they are turning this thing around.So if we have a draft like the last it will be another step in the right direction.For the first time in allota years we are building through the draft,and to undo whats been done over the years its gonna take more than one draft i promise you that.We need a QB outta this draft,but there are only a few that can be day one starters,i read a post on this site about Matt Flynn ,and at first i was skeptical.But if we cant land Luck or RG3 ,this might be the best scenario..Trade down grab a WR,T,G that can be a starter  day one,and shoot for a QB to groom( Tannehil ,Moore,Foles, etc) late first early second.. But i am comfortable for the first time in a long time with how we are tackling the draft!!

 Ill start out saying that im almost 40,and since i was 8 ive been a redskin fan.Of course my brother is a dallas fan,loser ,lol!
 Ive seen the highs and lows throughout my fanhood.Ive witnessed Timmy Smiths dominating performance,Marcus Allen showing why he is a hall of famer.Ive seen Heath Shuler throw to everyone that wasnt a redskin,to Jeff George thinking he was god!! But one thing i will say is that any redskin team that showed domination,had a strong leader at the QB position.We lack that ,and at whatever cost we need to address that .It is the very top priority!John Beck is so scared to mess up.and Grossman thinks its alright.lol.Id hope for a LUCKy draft,to snag a QB.....But i will say outta all the top QB prospects in the top 10,,,,,,,they will BY FAR,exceed what we have now!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 We need a qb ,,,,,,,BAD,BAD,BAD!!!!!! THe OL played decent today against a very stout D..Our WR's at times were open for decent gains..But the quarterback is afraid to fail,checking down ALL day long! C-MON MAN!!!!I made a post a while back about Andrew Luck,and today would have been a win with him at the helm.Its not the play calling like some suggest,our running game cant get going because noone is afraid of our passing attack,AT ALL!!!

I am on the Luck wagon!!But it seems to be a longshot ,and im just posting other options.
