I am a die-hard fan of the Bengals who has lived in Cincinnati for my whole life. I was a fan with my dad when I was younger like so many others when the 05 team was kicking butt and turning heads. When the following season disappointed I stopped watching entirely when 07 was the same way, and I just wasn't a fan anymore. I was definitely a bandwagon fan. Then, in 08, when my favorite football player (Chad) gave up on our team just like I did, I thought that it was a pretty crappy move by Chad so I gave my support to the rest of the team. Only to have Carson get hurt for most of it, have holes everywhere else on the roster, and have the smartest backup QB ever in Fitzpatrick lead us to a dismal 4-12 record. However, I haven't wavered in loyalty since. I appreciate the 08 season simply because it made me a fan in curious ways. Now, I'm a fan for life and that's what brought me here.
