So i was reading on espn.com today and i read that the raiders are looking to deal away there solid defensive end Derrick Burgess... They are looking for a 3rd and a 4th rounder in return... Do you guys think that its possible for the niners to make a move on burgess??? I know i would personally give up our first round pick (carolina's) for burgess... Do you think we will be smart enough to make a move and get another very good weapon on defense?? We needed a pass rusher to start the offseason and have not aquired another one... I sure as hell hope that we will make a maove....

As you all proboly are, im extremely excited for this upcoming draft. There is quite a bit of talent in the positions that we are lacking talent. I, personally would like to see us take a DE (orakpo, if hes there). But i was wondering if everyone at ninersnation agreed with me or if anyone threw up at the player that i want? Does anyone think the 49ers might throw a curveball? Maybe a cb or rb? Say we get malcolm jenkins and put clements to safety...wouldnt that be exciting? Or say we get beanie wells to spell gore... Im not saying i want either of these i just want to know what everyone thinks we will do with our #10 pick.
