A lot of mock drafts have the NIners taking cj spiller. To me that would be a huge mistake. The 49ers

struggled in two major stats last year -1. passing yards allowed 2. sacks allowed  - They do not have a speedy CB to cover the fast wide recievers, ( roddy white, de sean jackson) who absolutely killed our DBs. The 49ers have a shut down rush defense if we fixed our pass defense it would be a top 3 overall defense with no doubt

40 sacks were allowed by the 49ers last year, however, there was a lot of injuries and shifting of the OL. But the OL was struggling for the get go with Shaun Hill. Alex Smith showed signs of being a playoff caliber QB when given time to throw and or not being under pressure. A good lineman can also help open up those holes for a very underrated Gore.

The 49ers have the best LB with Patrick Willis to stop the rush and up and coming players with Brooks and Goldson. Obviously smith and Parylson are doing they're job along with Frankin who will hopefully get a new contract. The offense is just about set with Crabtree, davis, Gore, Morgan and probably Smith. All who are just about for sure starters for 2010

My Mock Draft

13. Joe Haden best CB in draft. Great speed and good ball presence. If not available (very likely he wont) i would like to see Trent WIlliams, or next best OL since it is a weak CB class

16. Bruce Campbell- very athletic for an offensive line man. Good speed and very strong. If not available an  Earl Thomas or Donovan warrren would be a good addition to the back field

 2nd Round

   In second round i Can see them drafting a good return man or another OL . Maybe even a wide receiver to fill in for Bruce although i like Hill for that.

Mardy Gilyard with no doubt can be a great return man that the 49ers desperately need. However some feel he can be obtain in the 3rd round but i feel he's the man to return the ball for the niners. Plus hes a very good receiver with big play capabilities to fill in for an injured WR or even compete with HIll for the Third wide.

I strongly feel this is the Smartest way to go to feel in the 49ers flaws of last year and go deep in playoffs.
