I took the train from the city to spend New Year's Eve/Day with my uncle's family in Connecticut. It was snowing in New York when I left, and about six inches had accumulated by the time I got to CT. It was The Perfect Snow, the kind that is light and powdery but still packable. It makes that delicious, satisfying crunch under your feet, and it's great for snowballs, snow forts, and ... SnowDucks.

2009 Western Conf Semis. Anaheim @ Detroit. Game 2. Marchant's 3OT goal.
I know everyone who cares has already seen it, but I thought it deserved to be posted here for easy replayability.
Also: I noted this in the game-day thread comments, but I love how Scott Niedermayer thinks to collect the puck for Marchant before he joins the vertical dogpile. Bless him and his salt-and-pepper-but-mostly-salt beard.
