Buffalo has not reached the postseason in 11 years, and in that time had a succession of headmasters -- Gregg Williams, Mike Mularkey, Dick Jauron -- who coached as though terrified of their own shadows.

An Alternative Take on the Violent Hits Debate
Straight from the Twitter of Reggie Bush.
From a risk/reward perspective, you could make a decent argument that getting hit up top is preferable. Easy for us and journalists to bemoan the hits, but we're not the ones trying to make money for ourselves and our families.
The right approach is probably somewhere in the middle and should definitely involve an overhaul of post-career healthcare and pensions for players.
Statement Game??
In the grand scheme of the season, I'm sure this week's game against the Eagles won't feel as significant as it does today, but for numerous reasons I sense that we have arrived once again at the vaunted Falcons statement game.

Chicago Falcons Bar?
Just relocated from NYC to Chicago. Managed to catch nearly every Falcs' game for 4 years despite weekly arm wrestling or rock-paper-scissors matches with Giants fans to wrest away control of one TV at a local bar. Hoping I won't have to work as hard in my new home.
Anyone have any leads?
Can't recall being this excited for a season in a long time. All the pieces in place this year for at least an NFC Championship run.....
