According to insideMDsports, Maryland has offered 2014 4-Star PG Romelo Trimble. Trimble goes to Bishop O'Connell.

ESPN:4-Star, 83 rating, #2 in the state

Scout: 4-Star, #12 SG

Rivals: 4-Star, #57 nationally

I didn't see this anywhere else, but if it was posted already, I apologize.

Anyways, kid looks to have some talent. And it's never a bad thing to be recruiting so many top level players, the way we are for 2014.

ESPN Insider Article on Dodd

Dave Telep over at ESPN had an Insider article on Damonte Dodd a couple of days ago. Telep loves him. If you guys remember from a couple weeks ago, Dodd was getiing lots of love from scouts at an AAU circuit I believe? Anyways, I'm not going to give away what's in the article, but one thing Telep said really stood out to me:

"Taking it a step further, if our 2012 ESPN 100 wasn’t finished, Dodd would be in it."

Talk about high praise...

Eddie Goldman Down To Four

I'm pretty new to this, and, well this is my first Fanpost. I'm not sure if I'm late on this news or not. If I am, I apologize, but Eddie Goldman has cut his list down to four, and the Terps are not in it.

I did not know Miami was that high on him, and in fact, I thought we had a slight shot with him. He would have been very nice for us especially next to Joe Vellano. Hopefully he stays out of the ACC since Florida State and Miami are both on his list still. The guy is going to be a beast.

Apparently Eddie has one more official visit to take, but he won't use it. Perhaps Locks didn't have enough time. Who knows. I guess he doesn't want to follow his teammate Albert Reid. Let's get Ronald Darby and Stefon Diggs. That would be two huge gets for us. Go Terps!
