I think that is what it really means to be a Penn Stater.  The only program to sniff real success on the field with 0 major violations.  That is something that we can all be proud of.  There's our friends at F$U  with 7.

If those wins end up being vacated that would make Joe pretty much guarenteed of the all time wins record.  I hope that with or without the wins vacated Joepa ends up winning this competition because I'd hate to see an astreik applied to this record.
