A maximum of four tickets for each game are available to each customer, subject to availability.  Fans who have not previously ordered online are encouraged to set up an account in advance of the on-sale time to expedite the ordering process. Tickets will not be available at the Rose Garden box office.

so this means that we'll ONLY be able to get tickets via online or telephone? what's wrong with having people wait outside the box office? i dont like my chances of getting playoff tickets be decided by the speed of my internet connection.
