3 years, for 21 million. Rotoworld says that he has good control, but a below average fastball. Since becoming a Red Sox fan, I have been really happy with their moves, and this is a great one-if it happens. 3rd starter capability, perhaps? I was also thinking about comments I got regarding the other Japanese inkage, in Tazawa. I may have set too high of expectations for him. However, I have to look at a video clip of this guy to really be able to judge him better.

I have always loved Boston, but I live in SF. I am glad to now be a part of overthemonster. To start off, I stopped rooting for the Giants today, in the morning, but have been contemplating about this decision for over 1 month. Brian Sabean, GM, is so much worse than Theo Epstein, whom I like a lot. Epstein better than Billy Bean? Maybe.

I hope to be a regular poster here, because I love the Red Sox.( I told the fans at mccoveychronicles that 'Im through there)

On a lighter note, I liked the Tazawa signing, cheaper than most 1st round DPs in the MLB first year player draft.

I WELCOME MYSELF TO OVERTHEMONSTER.COM

I am a Giants fan. and personally, I don't want him {Sabathia} on my team. He has a huge price tag, has weight issues, not the best attitude, but mostly, the Giants need a good hitter more than a pitcher.

Ok, here's what I'm asking.

So, considering the team you root for, do you want C.C. Sabathia?

I am just curious to see some thoughts.

PS: lets not even get started on K-ROD.
