I am a retired army guy and I could do the job of the raiders coach better than what we have now let someon come and install some disciplie to the team been a fan for over 38 years and never have I have been so disappointed in the team I grew up with need some leadership on the team to help the young guys out. Let us fans try to help get the team back on its legs again and coach needs to be fired he is useless.

I have being following raiders for almost 3 decades now and this decade is very embarssing to me. The team that should have won at least 6 games already is now ready for another 10 or more losses again. My friends say I should jump bail on the team but as a loyal fan. I could not do so this retired army guy wants to know who is going to restore the discipline back to this football so that we can look like a winning team again. On the east coast the raiders have some offensive weapons but we can not score. If the team is to move forward and get out fo this bottom for the decade is over we need a coach, quarterback, recivers, and management so that they can understand the past is gone and go forward. We can not live in the past on the raiders committment to excellence anymore if we going to lead the league in most losts in a decade.
