I'm 35 years old, and reside in Ashland, KY. I've been a Big Blue fan since before I was born. I have 2 wonderful children and a wife who do not understand my passion. They love big blue, but not to the extent that I do. So I turn to ASOB as my outlet. Thanks for being here, and lets go CATS!

Good News!
Michigan upsets #4 UCLA, and #20 USC loses to Seton Hall. What does this mean to us die hard, Go Big Blue Fans! Nothing really, except that this gives ESPN something else to talk about for a few days. Duke also had 14 turnovers in the first half tonight against Southern Illinois, although they went on to win convincingly. They did not look like a #5 team in the country, and once again they are overrated.

Cats making us proud on ESPN tonight...
I was not really interested in the Bills - Browns MNF game on ESPN, but I did turn it on for a minute. It was the second play I saw, and Stephen Johnson made his first catch in the NFL. Then a few plays later, the announcers were bragging on him for making a key block on a 3rd down conversion. I then switched to watch the Oklahoma vs Miss Valley State game, and it was halftime. Andy Katz and 2 other guys were talking about the coaching changes, etc... They were speaking highly of Travis Ford, and the job that he will do at Oklahoma State. Then when the game came back on, there was Sean Woods roaming the sidelines for Miss Valley State. I had forgotten about him being there, but it was good to see him doing good. Even though they were getting pounced by OU......P.S. If anything ever happens to Billy Clyde at UK, we shouldn't have to look no farther than Travis Ford or John Pelfrey, so that's reassuring. Go Big Blue!

Polls are created by "Dupes"!
Come on no guys, did any of the AP reporters even see the Louisville score? They were upended by a sorry 2-6 Syracuse team! This loss dropped the Cards to 5-3, and if memory serves me correctly, Kentucky (6-3) crushed them 27-2. However, in the AP poll, Louisville received 8 votes, and Kentucky 0. Doesn't make much sense to me! At least we received 2 votes from the ESPN/USA Today "Big Blue Haters"! Then there's the basketball poll, in which we weren't even mentioned in the top 30? Enuff said, Go Big Blue!
