I'm a passionate golfer who has become a student of the golf swing. My obsessive compulsive personality has gotten the best of me on this one! I am intrigued with what it takes to improve golf swing power and consistency. I am a believer in a TOTAL golf improvement approach incorporating golf swing technique training as well as physical training to improve physical limitations that may be causing swing faults and inconsistencies.

Golf Training Exercise For More Power
I want to let golfers know that golf training exercises do not have to be grueling or even require a gym. In fact, I like to do ones that give me a real sense of direction in a certain aspect of the golf swing. In the video below, this is an easy, fun and very effective exercise you can do right in your own. In the video, I did it in my own backyard, so no excuse to need expensive equipment or a gym membership.
