OT - Cubs bullpen catcher found with 8 lbs of pot
Maybe thats why the Cubs are so bad, they are high for every game
I simply cannot fathom
Why in the f@#k Cotts is still on this team. He is simply god awful. Its pretty bad when you are seen warming up in the bullpen is everyone's first reaction is 'Oh god, here comes some runs'. If he is not DFA'ed, or taken somewhere and shot, in the next few days than the cubs organization is clueless. He is supposed to be a loogy, and he has given up 4 homers, ALL 4 TO LEFTIES. Our bullpen would be better made up of all righties instead of having him. After scoring 5 runs total in 6 games, our team finally hits and scores runs, only to have Cotts blow it. It is just utterly disgusting that he is still here.
My 'W' Flag
I have a win flag for my flagpole and I was wondering how it works when you take it down. Obviously you fly it after a win, but when do I take it down? At the beginning of the next day? At the beginning of a next game? Until they lose? I don't want to jinx them by flying it during a game in progress from a win the day before

Since 1908??
After todays win and June starting tomorrow, I heard a rumor today that I do not know if it is true, and if it is, is very special.
Regardless of the Rays win today against the Sox, we will be having the best record in the major leagues going into June.
I am hearing that the last time the Cubs had the best record in baseball going into June was....... 1908.
If this is true then..... well it is pretty obvious how intriguing and (hopefully) coincidental that is.
