This season is one to remember. It has a better layout then the 08 team who brought home number 17. If you missed any games,or want to watch the magical plays again. The biggest fear for all of us is Garnett not fully recoverd. The media has probed Kevin,and his every limp,and every glimpse of his old self. The week full of questions leading up to the first pre-season game,or first game of the year. It would have been nice to play a Rockets team with T-MAC,and Yao in the starting lineup. That would have been a good look at our system vs. a playoff team,but we play a broken Rocket team. That's not what I'm waiting to see. The C's playing a good team yet.I want to see the different lineups,and Garnett on the Knee talked about by everyone and there mom.

The Celtics seem to come out the sharpest from camp.The Magic have there troubles with Vince Carter.Like many of us thought would happen.Cleveland with Delonte West not showing,and not really playing much. Shaq is reported to be in good shape. Not much out of Lakers camp.Just the Odom marriage. I want us to sweep the Cavs in the Pre-season,and walk into Cleveland on October 27th and win.

The drive for 18 starts Monday! Celtics vs cavs game 7

Everyone has been debating minutes played,games played,and age for months now. The two best teams on paper,and the deepest the Celtics and Spurs are written off due to age,and games played,or maybe a serious injury to one of the teams Big 3. The Lakers have been picked by the majority to repeat in 2010. That's fair because they just won the title. I don't want to repeat anything,and beat a dead horse on here. I want to discuss three, or four factors why the Lakers will not repeat. I'll be waiting to hear from some Laker fans out there.

1.Phil Jackson just won his 10th title as a coach,and he almost retired this year. It looks like he will coach maybe two more years. I think with his health,and his desire down after getting the tenth title. He will not have the same impact as a coach. Also with Rambis gone by his side. We will see if he was a major impact to the Lakers.

2.Gasol has not taken any time off for years. He's in his prime,but he keeps playing over in Europe. If minutes,and games played are creeping up on a player it's Gasol. I don't believe the minutes, or games played theory 100%.If you want to bring it up.He is going to suffer some injuires in 09-10. He is there second option. Without him near 100% no Finals.

3.Kobe is not Jordan. He's not going to win like Jordan did,or be a for sure thing to win a title every year. I think a lot of people think Kobe is going to get three or more championships. Kobe does have the desire,but I think he used a lot to win his 4th title. He looked like Jordan at age 34,and Kobe is going to be 32.Meaning Kobe will still be the best player in the league next year,but not for long.

4.Artest/Odom/Bynum/- Well Artest is not the same player he was a few years ago. Ray Allen has dropped,but not to the point where he needs to change his entire game,and he knows his role,and he plays it perfect on a championship team. Artest has lost his driving ability,and he seems set to shot jumpers all night,and his defense was not even good enough to guard Kobe in the 2nd round. Odom is a good 6th man,but your not going to get a 100% every night from him. Will have to see if he can carry the second unit alone. Bynum is still maybe the biggset question.Will he be healthy,or will he get better? He is a top ten center,but the class is not  haunting as in the 90's or 60's.

If the Lakers avoid injuries to Gasol and Bynum. Then Artest changes his game,and Odom can be there every night. They will be fine.WATCH OLD CELTICS GAMES HERE.

After helping the San Antonio Spurs win three championships and establishing himself as one of the premier perimeter defenders of the decade, Bruce Bowen is retiring at 38.

Bowen was rumored to come to Boston. It looks like if he is, it would be around the all-star break, or even to another team around that time. It's no surprise to me he retired. I wanted the last roster spot for a point guard anyways.

I have around ten games on the site.I have a nice collection of games. Right now I'm in the middle of putting up game 7 vs the Bulls. I also have Paul Pierce career high vs the Cavs in 2006. Stephon asked Golden state for a trade. I like the Warriors a lot. I was kinda sad to here that. The flip side of it.I would want him in a heart beat on the Celtics. I was worried a little hearing he wanted to play in Cleveland. I seen a article that Cleveland could not make the move. Then Dallas right now is trying to work something out. He said he wants to play for a contender. Stephon is basically a poor man's Paul Pierce. He shoots the like Paul,but not nearly as good. He can get to the hoop like Paul,but not as good. This guy could give solid rest to Ray and Paul. Stephon played a big role on the 2003 Spur championship team. I usually hate to talk about how deals are done.I'm going to try to figure it out.

We really don't have anyone the Warriors really want,but we can give them cap space going into next year. The Daniels trade could not go down.He would have to sign for the 1.9mil. Stephon makes 7.6mil. We can give them Tony Allen,and Brian Scalabrine for the cap space,but we need to give them Giddens 1.0mil contrat to get the trade up to 7mil. I would even give up a first round pick to the warriors. Because the pick would be the last or close to last pick in the round anyways,and won't matter on a contending team.

Stephon knows how to play in a halfcourt,and up tempo stlye of play.

This is a 12 man roster. We have rookie Hudson,and recent rumor of Arroyo signing. Then we can add another bigman to round up the roster to 15.

ESPN just came out with another set of next years predictions. The MVP race! They have Lebron James number one. Why do you think they have him number one? He won it last year,and a safe guess from them.Same from there seeding for the East. They picked the two East teams number one and two.Who played in the East finals.It didn't hurt either they have two of the young studs of the league. The Lakers are the clear for sure champ next year.Why? Because they just won the title. They picked the same 3 guys who ended the MVP race last year.Whats so fun,and cutting edge about that.As fans thats a slap in the face.Like we don't know already who the best 3 players are.They needed to add more to it. They could have even put in Dwight Howard,or maybe Paul Pierce puts up better numbers,and the C's have the best record. Chris Paul i he helps the Hornets get back to the 2 seed.

All ESPN,and a lot of the other sports news sites out there do. Just pick the safe thing from the year before,or who is the hottest at the time in popularity. Yahoo sports comes out with better stuff,but can still be the same. We might have a flash back to 1984. Red said here's your dynasty. ESPN is saying we are going to get a new Laker dynasty.Will have to wait  and see.The men in green have a problem with that.
