Talking Chop Derek Lowe on MLB Trade Rumors

Hey guys, I just saw a post about the Braves may look into dealing Lowe at the trade deadline.  I have a love/hate relationship w/ d lowe.  Sometimes he's awesome and other times he isn't.  I do think he is very important when it comes to September and November. I was wondering if anybody knows of what teams would be interested and what the potential pick-ups we would receive.  Then do you bring up Minor or Tehran.  It looks as if Tehran is doing extremely well in AAA, but so is Minor.  Thoughts?

Talking Chop Uggla signed

Dan Uggla signed a 5 yr 62 million contract according to Ken Rosenthal. I'm not surprised that they gave him the 5th year.  Def. glad they didn't give him the 71 million he asked for in Miami.  I'm happy to see him signed I think he'll be a great player for many years with the Braves.  I know I already have his jersey for opening day!  What do you guys think about the signing?

Talking Chop Lineup going forward?

I've been thinking a lot about with Glaus coming back up and with the Lee acquisition that the Braves have potential to have an even more dangerous lineup.  While I do like the lineup we have now I believe a lineup look like this would be awesome:

Infante LF

Heyward RF

Prado 2B

Lee 1B

McCann C

Gonzalez SS

Glaus 3B

Ankiel/Melk CF

The days that Matty D belongs in the lineup move Infante back to 2B and Prado 3B.  I know its a lot of lineup shuffling, but if Glaus returns to his May/June ways then there isn't many lineups that can match this lineup in my opinion.  Especially with the great pitching that Atlanta has.  Any thoughts?

Talking Chop Frenchy traded to the Rangers for IF

Frenchy once again is being moved.  The Mets receive infielder Joaquin Arias.  Its quite possible if Cliff Lee gets his act together the Braves could be meeting Frenchy and the Rangers in the World Series.  I still secretly pull for him, but definitely not against the Braves.  What are your thoughts about Frenchy getting moved to a playoff team?  He is probably going out with the boys in the ATL one last time.  Go Braves!
