story here

Wow absolutely crazy. I never thought that would happen, you'd think he basically had immunity. While Denver hasn't looked that great, and they probably have high expectations, they only have been out of the playoffs for 3 years, and if they could do anything about that defense, would be looking pretty good.

Is it even remotely possible that he could end up taking the OC position here?

Am I wrong for thinking that would be sweet?

I'm normally a lurker around here, but being it late at night/early morning because of my odd hours at work, I am probably one of the first to see the news, but this morning Sean Taylor died from his gunshot wound.

It's tragic really, it seems he was finally starting to get serious and clean up his act. My thoughts go out to his family.

[editor's note, by Shrug] Please visit Hogs Haven for more news, and to leave your condolences.

Andy Pettitte?

So, long time lurker here, just thought I'd ask an opinion about Andy Pettitte, seeing how he filed for free agency, and not much seems to be talked about him. He did pitch quite decently last year after undergoing elbow surgery, pitching over 200 innings and posting a xFIP of 3.82. His price might be considerably lower then what he could get because of the health questions, so he might be somebody worth gambling on.

Thoughts?

Snelling

I think a lot of people are overlooking the impact Snelling could have this year. The key word is could I know, as he is very likely to be injured, but him coming of the bench as a left handed bat with power and decent defense for as much as I've heard. If he can put together a healthy season I think he could be something that could push us over the top.
