This Baron Davis debacle is just bad regardless of whose side you're on. Now the question should be:

"How do you think the Management handled this?"

How did they handle this situation PR wise?Should they have tried harder? Should they maybe have shopped Baron around for draft picks and/or veternans? Was it smart to offer Gilbert Arena's max money?

Or in the aftermath of it all or the unlikely event that Baron comes back:

Was it smart to just let Baron sign without entertaining the idea of a sign & trade? Was it smart to cave into Baron's demands for a long term (not necessarily for a huge amount of money) deal?

It's early to start asking this question but I think it's highly relevant seeing how the current situation reminds me of when Gilbert first left the Warriors. All this NBA business talk also brings back alot of painful memories of previous Warriors mistakes due to mismanagement.
