I'm 18 years old and have been an Angel fan for all 18. I've been raised on a steady diet of halos and loved every second of it. The last 5 years i've been privaleged enough to have season tickets and I love the seats right behind vladdy. However now I attend college up in Norcal and have to enjoy the games on mlbtv until summer.

Halos Heaven Best of luck Garret! Braves sign GA.

GARRET ANDERSON Is now a member of the Atlanta Braves.

2.5 mil 1 year deal. I wish Garret the best of luck, I think the braves will be a nice fit for him. He will get somewhat constant playing time in left plus he can be reunited with Kotch. Hopefully he can pull a Ken Griffey Jr. and return to the Angels in some odd number of years to retire.

What do you guys think?

Good Luck Buddy!

Linkage: although it is MLBTR i think this is legit.

Halos Heaven Adenheart's Start

Yesterday Nick Adenheart started against the Arizona Diamondbacks. Adenheart actually looked very good despite giving up 4 runs. He gave up few walks and had very good control. He was very very good early in the count, he almost always got first pitch strikes and seemed to be quite confident with the breaking ball and the fastball. The one thing he was lacking the entire game was the pitch to close the door. Every single big hit he gave up came with two strikes and he would just leave one hanging or throw a fastball high. So if Nick can find a way to just close the door he'll have nothing to worry about. On the same note Nick couldn't compete with batters after throwing 5 or 6 pitches to them. If a batter had a long at bat and saw 5 or 6 pitches he was almost guarenteed a hit. So the youngin didn't do as bad as the score said, if he eliminates a few mistakes he would have 6 K's instead of 4+ runs.

Halos Heaven Spring Training Report

Well, today I came down to Tempe to catch a few games and see the halos once again. What I saw were very good things. Lackey was working out very diligently with trainers trying to get back into healthy shape and for the most part he didn't look to bad- although he wasn't throwing much.

Black magic despite giving up four runs didn't look bad at all. He had decent control and managed hitters very well when he was ahead in the count. It seemed almost all his hits came off of counts where he fell behind throwing the breaking ball first.

Team chemistry looked very good. Torii is a great fit for this club, joking around with everyone and getting the whole team in a good mood. The injury to Matthews didn't look to terrible. It just looked like he rolled it and they were taking precautionary actions but what do I know? Tomorrow we head to Tuscon to check out the halos against the diamond backs.  Go Halos!
