Is it just me or is this guy just a used car salesman?  I mean the guy can recruit, but how long do you guys honestly think he sticks around here.  He is gonna screw us royally.  He seems like a blatant liar and terrible game day coach.  

I love Tech but I just have the gut feeling this guy is gonna screw us the exact same way he did Ole Miss a few years back.   

We will never hear those sirens blast when the air raid takes the field because it is dead.  The epic comebacks, the epic failures all gone. For those of you thinking it will be better next year, I have news for you WE WILL SUCK.   Texas Tech used to have a brand of football that was explosive and entertaining, but forget about it now.  After reading other posts one thing has stuck out to me OUR WINNING CULTURE IS DEAD.  After going to games one thing has stuck out to me OUR TRADITIONS ARE DEAD.  Tech was never a world beater, but at least we mattered, we had pirates, cocky fans, we had the air raid, we had heisman hopefulls we had an identity.  Now we have a fan base that expects to lose when we take the field, and so do I.  I will miss going to road games and being told to sit down and shut up, but now if we go to a road game our team should take care of that problem for me.    

I am a huge Texas Tech fan, and season ticket holder.  You guys have hired to of our best coaches away in Eric Russell (Special Teams/Tight End) and Bennie Wylie (S&C).  Under Russell our special teams improved dramatically, I'm not sure exactly, but we were a top 20 team in Kick off coverage.  Simply put, Bennie Wylie is a beast.  Rylan Reed benched 625 under him at Tech, he brings a ton of energy and passion.  He actually used to smack players in the face pretty hard to get them pumped for the game.  They were usually Defensive guys, last year it was Daniel Howard, and he had a history of smacking our DT's throughout the years. 

These guys are going to do great things for y'all, especially Wylie, I was really upset to see him leave.
