Steelers unveil new 1934 alternates
Personally i would have preferred anything to this, but it looks like we're going to have to put up with them for 2 games next year..
Mendy out until 2013?
It looks like mendy may not be back at all next year. Does this mean we've seen the last of him in black and gold? And what do they do about replacing him? Do they trust Redman/Dwyer/Batch/Clay to carry the load next year? or do they bring someone else in through draft or FA?
Number changes
For anyone whos interested in this sort of stuff, heres the number changes of a lot of rookies plus a few veterans:
Cam Heyward #97
Cortez Allen #28
Curtis Brown #31
Jerricho Cotchery #89
Marcus Gilbert #77
Steve McLendon #90
Weslye Saunders #82
Jason Worilds #93
Chris Scott #71
Steelers sign 6' 8'' WR Lyons

Rookie number changes
Crezdon Butler will wear 28, Dwyer gets 27, and Sylvester gets 55. The article also mentions that we hired Former TE Mark Bruener as a scout.
Hey there saints fans
First of all, congrats on the Super bowl win. Feels good doesnt it?
Anyways, we over at Behind the Steel Curtain are having our annual comminity mock draft, and you'll never guess who picked the saints to represent! (Hint: youre reading his post right now)
Most of the mocks ive been reading have you guys taking a DE, or an OLB. But i want to know what YOU guys think.
I guess what i want to know is which of your needs would you most like to see adressed in the first round, which players in those positions stand out as your favorites, and which players not necesarily in your positions of greatest need do you guys consider 'must draft' players, if they by chance happen to be there at 32.
Thanks in advance guys!
