Oregon Alumni in the NFL 2011 Season, Week 6
Here are the Oregon Alumni stats for week 6 of the 2011 NFL season. Only players on the active/inactive rosters are listed, IR and practice squad players are not listed. If players don't have stats on a regular basis I've tried to list their depth chart position.
This is almost a month late but, Igor Olshansky signed with the Dolphins on September 20th, pretty sure he hasn't done much though as he is listed as their 4th string RDE
As usual please feel free to add any insight into the stats, and if you know of another player that resigned to a team please post it in the comment section.
Stats come from ESPN unless otherwise noted

Still not listing cumulative season stats
Dixon wasn't on the inactive list this week, but Bair was on for a 5th week.
Dante Rosario seems to have picked up some yards in his first full week back in Denver.
Matthews still seems to be benched.
Stats are current up until the end of the 1st half of Monday Night Football.
As usual please feel free to add any insight into the stats if you watched a particular game.

Oregon Alumni in the NFL 2011 Season Week 4
Here are the Oregon Alumni NFL Week 4 stats. I have removed players that aren't on the active roster, meaning Injured reserves and cut players are off. I have also listed where a player is on the depth chart if they don't have stats of note.
Not listing cumulative season stats until probably half way through the season.
Dixon and Bair were inactive for week 4 (again) but are on the active roster.
Dante Rosario is once again a Bronco.
Casey Matthews has been benched.
and LeGarrette Blount had another impressive game.
I don't have stats up for Ed Dickson, Ngata, and Blount yet because I am posting before the game is over.
As usual please feel free to add any insight into the stats if you watched a particular game.
Stats come from ESPN, unless otherwise noted.

Also of note Justin Peelle was picked up by the 49ers on September 13th, he had been cut by the Falcons over an injury a few weeks ago.

Oregon Alumni in the NFL - Preseason week 4
Editor's Note: Updated roster statuses for players that did not make the 53 man roster.
Here are the Oregon Alumni NFL preseason week 4 stats. I haven't started cumulative season record of stats yet, as doing so for the preseason would be almost worthless. I also added if a player has been cut. Feel free to add any insight into the stats if you watched a particular preseason game. Stats come from ESPN/Yahoo! box scores. I know the last game was a few days ago, just been busy.

Predicting the Entire, 54-Game Pac-12 Season
The guys over at californiagoldenblogs.com are trying to forecast winners and losers of each of the 54 Pac-12 Conference games this season. I'm sure they would appreciate all your responses.

Oregon Alumni in the NFL - Preseason Week 1
Here are the preseason week 1 stats. Please vote so I know if this is worth my time. I have scoured ESPN's box scores of each game and have only listed the former Oregon players on each NFL roster. (Transfers out of Oregon are not listed; i.e. no Masoli.)

Lyle Moevao denied 6th year
I'd like to say I'm happy the Beavs start from scratch next year, but I hope this hard stance doesn't translate to Catron not getting another year of eligibility. Moevao only played one down last year (according to the article, i know I never saw him) and then was out because of injury for the season. Catron played more than that this season, but still nothing substantial. Is the NCAA going to look differently at Catron's petition for another year differently or will they take the hard line similar to Moevao? Anybody know the actual wording of the policy for an extra year?

Football Season and television Big thanks!
I've been extremely happy with this season, for a multitude of reasons. I among many other Oregon fans don't live on the West(best) Coast, thus most regional broadcast are just that, regional. However, with the Ducks playing so many games on ESPN, ABC and Fox this year I have actually been able to watch EVERY game, the only game not televised was WSU and the O-zone offered it for 1.99. I must say the internet and technology have been amazing. When I was in the Army, I was luck that AFN carried a few games over the course of the season because being able to watch some Oregon football is almost like being home. So SHOUT OUTS to the University and the fans on here that make viewing Oregon sports from across the country and around the world possible, THANKS
WSU coach upset with Chip Kelly's choices
This is a piece from a paper in Washington's Spokesman
Finally, Wulff was asked about Chip Kelly challenging the Cougars’ touchdown with the score 45-0 and whether he agreed that it was kind of strange. "I would tend to agree with that too," Wulff said. "There were some things like that happen. You know, let me just say this. In my first season and a little bit, particularly in that game, there’s been something that have happened. We’re down right now, we know that. But there are some chips being thrown on our players and coaches’ shoulders right now that we are going to carry with us for a while. So, we have a lot of motivation. And we’re getting pieces of motivation from time to time and we’ll have plenty of motivation moving forward." So you’re going to remember this? "Yes."
