I get 3 keepers, who should be my 3rd?
I'm in a league that allows three keepers, in the round that they were drafted in, that can be kept 3 times. FA adds default to the 10th round. H2H weekly lineup with categories of AVG, OPS, 2B, 3B, HR, SB, BB, R, RBI
I'm already planning on keeping Carlos Gonzalez in the 11th round (2nd year to keep) and Mat Latos in the 21st (2nd year to keep.)
My other 3 choices are Brett Lawrie in the 10th (1st yr), Hunter Pence in the 10th (2nd year), or Kevin Youkilis in the 9th (2nd year). Most preseason rankings say I should keep Lawrie and that's where I'm leaning. I'm playing to win it this year, and am not too overly worried by the fact that Pence and Youk have used up a year of keeper eligibility.
I guess my main question is, do you all think Lawire outproduce both Pence and Youk this year in this 9-cat league? The potential sophomore slump worries me, whereas I'd know exactly what I'm getting from Pence and Youkilis.
Texas Longhorns Football: Most Career Starts
Bumped from the Fan Posts.
The post about (four-year starter) Blake Gideon and Robthecob's question on that post got me thinking about what other football players were 4 year starters and played in and started the most games at Texas.
After the jump is a list of the most starts by Texas Longhorns football players, using MBTF as the source.

TCB Fantasy League Update
It's time for an update on The Crawfish Boxes 16 team fantasy league. We're 2/5 of the way through the fantasy regular season now, so by no means has anything been even remotely decided. However, if the season ended today, and if I understand how the playoffs will work correctly, here is what the playoff seedings would look like, plus plenty more after the jump.
It's Time for a Change
I think it's obvious now to all of us what the problem is, and I think we need to do something about it. We just simply cannot let this continue. We have to cut ties before it gets worse.

tailgating
I think there was something posted in fanposts, or maybe even an official post on this a while back but I can't seem to find it.
Where is everyone going to be tailgating Thursday? Is BON doing anything in particular? It would be cool to meet up somewhere if there is nothing already organized that I missed.
I arrive Thursday morning and am heading straight to the stadium. I can't wait.

fantasy championship?
How did that AL-only league turn out? Are we doing some sort of world series as previously planned?
The NL league is done. I'd like to say it was competitive but it ended up being a two man race for the most part.
If the AL league champion wants to play this week (2 week series) let me know. We can calculate manually or find a way to do it.

Jered Weaver... sell?
Should I be selling high on Weaver or holding? I'm in a 12 team mixed, 9x9, H2H, non-keeper league in which SP is my obvious strength. I actually have 10 SP's with value (Johan, Weaver, Vazquez, Nolasco, Baker, Harden, Bedard, Mazzaro, Hanson and Smoltz). I could use a power bat or a closer and have been shopping SP's.
Current offers on the table are:
- Ibanez for Weaver (must accept soon as I'd have to eat the remainder of the DL stint)
- Carlos Lee for Weaver
- Berkman for Weaver
- M. Rivera for Vazquez
Which bat will be the best from here on out? Care to rank these offers? Any input/advice/commentary anyone could offer would be great.
