Where is the LEADERSHIP on the Warriors team?

"Leadership has been described as the process of social influence in which one person is able to enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common goal."

Our team has the the talent...but this is why we miss BD sooooo much. He brought all the talent together.

If you ever watch BD on the Clippers, you'll see what I mean. He's on the floor talking (or yelling) to everyone... We didn't lose a point guard (that position can easily be replaced)...We lost our leader. Jackson try's to be the leader...but what he's shown us is that you need to complain to the refs about fouls that were not called. How many times has the other team gone for an easy lay up while Jackson is on the other side complaining to the refs. Leaders don't say "I don't know how much more of this I can take" (maybe they say it, but usually not publicly) Hence, since the team views Jackson as the leader...the team has followed his lead...the Warriors have become complainers... guys complaining about playing time...guys wanting to be traded. Where is the "common goal"??? (Which should be to WIN ofcourse). The last couple of years, Jackson took an active role in keeping BD focused, every leader needs a right hand man and Jackson was it, but he was never "the leader"...

Now...BD doesn't have a "Jackson", and Jackson doesn't have a "BD".

At this point, I don't know if it matters what trades take place on our team. What matters is we have a leader on the floor. I don't know if Monta will be able to bring it. Don't get me wrong, Monta is a great player, but he's not very vocal. Who is going to step up to this huge role?

Anthony Randolph! If Nellie, can give him the chance, I think Randolph has the drive, the energy, the attitude. Is he our future leader?
