The New Orleans Hornets are partnering with Harrah’s New Orleans to encourage fans to Fan Up NOLA! during the Fan Up Playoff Pep Rally on Thursday, April 16, from 6 – 8:30 p.m. on Fulton Street.

This free event is open to the public and will include appearances by the entire Hornets team and coaching staff, Honeybees, Used to Bees and other Hornets personalities and entertainment groups. Fans will enjoy live music by Rockin’ Doopsie and the Soul Rebels Brass Band, along with interactive games, contests and face painting. The 2009 Fan Up NOLA playoff merchandise will make its debut and be available for purchase. 

The Hornets also encourage fans across the state to wear Hornets gear every Friday during the playoffs for Fan Up Fridays starting April 17.
