Just wondering if anyone was making the trip to buffalo or if anybody up north like me was gonna be at the game. I live in Rochester, Ny which is about 50 minutes from the stadium. If your not from around here you prolly don't know that the bills fans are the worst around, so if any titan fans wanna join my tailgate your more than welcome, and its always a good idea to stay in groups there cause there will be a lot of fights that they try to pick with us. Look dont get me wrong kenny britt(when healthy) is an animal, difference, play maker, whatever you wanna call him. but lets not sugar coat this, he's an often injured player with a bad attitude, and has a real problem with authority. He needs to be taught a lesson, its year 3 either you grow up or get out, and i could care less about his age, hes been around men, and adults plenty older, so hes not on the same level as other 22 yr olds. In all reality i think we need to resign jevon. i dont believe hes officially retarred. he doesnt need to be a starter let me tell you why. well how bout this jevon played 7 season in tennessee including 5 playoff trips and an 83-40 record. yes in the early part of his career he played with eddie, stanky steve, frank, blaine, bruce, etc. but in 2008 no of those guys were on the roster and we went 13-3, after missing the playoffs 3 straight seasons. Reports out of san fransisco are they the 54 yr old 4 time sb champion is thinking about a comeback. apparentley hes been training very very hard on gettin his feet back underneath him, and gettin his arm strength back up to where it needs to be for an nfl qb. How gorgeous(no homo) would this 6"4 305 pound 2X all pro, and 3X probowler look in columbia blue. He would solitify this offensive line, and be in one the best run schemes in the leauge. This isnt going to happen but if he took over for leroy harris or amano at the guard spot i think we'd see 35 less holding calls, 40 less false starts, and 50 less miss blocks. this mans GOOD, wants the big money but deserves it.  Im not gettin into contract situations beacuse amano just signed a 5 yr 27 million deal(what they saw in him i dont know) but id love to see this team trade back in the first round, brad pouncey , and sign mankins. potentially work the younger matthews in at guard, seen as how jake scott is nothing to write home about. can u imagine   roos, mankins, pouncey, matthews, and big country(d.stewart). thats my opionion, i coach and you need to build from the ground up and u start with the o-line. yes theyre are many needs but GO AFTER MANKINS!!

best moment= my first oilers game. it was @ buffalo in 1993 and the oilers built a huge lead.........

hi guys i just wanted to say thaank you and my first trip to tennessee was the best weekend of my life. i even got a little choked up walking into the stadium, i felt like that scene from rudy when then father said "this is the greatest site these eyes have ever seen", well thats how i felt. and how bout those titans showing up to play, couldnt have been any better to see myfirst home game and to have it be a win. i had everyone in the 140 section tellin me i was good luck and that i had to come down for every game. maybe i did bring the luck , we went for it on 4th down twice, scored once of it, the tipped pass to britt, and we even had 3rd and 4th down stops. well anyway just wanted to say i love the city of nashville, the food, broadway, my team, and the GIRLS. omg gorgeous omen everywhere, especially hooters. and southern hospitality is no joke. i will def be down next year for sure, cant wait already. happy holidays my fellow titans fans

hi guys ive posted a few time in the last cpl months that i was coming down to nashville for my first titans home game.(bought the tix after the thrasing of jax). andyway this season hasnt turned out the way we wanted, but im coming down to expierence something ill never forget win or lose. i just need some info on the nashville area and the stadium. im staying right across from the stadium and im just wondering where some good resturants are that are worth going too. and is the titans team store located at the stadium open on saturdays? wann know alittle about the nightlife. im trying to go to karma where kenny britt shut it down lol. alos lookin for some tailgate info, and which lot is it where the players walk into the stadium? and just lookin for anything else you guys think is worth seein while im down there. im leaving snowy rochester, ny fri morning at 3am. hopefully be down there by 3 pm (weather permitting). definatley lookin to meet up with some fans at the game. ill be sittin in the 140 section rocking my earl campbell jersey with my signs to piss off texan fans and andre johnson(like he'll care lol). any way lets make the best of it. this is a fierce rivalry despite the records and for us original oiler fans, we like to win this one.

Im coming down from NY and dont know anybody or have a car to tailgate with cause im flying down. just wondering if some ppl wanted to get together and have a nice pre game party. Ill even bring down and andre johnson jersey and we can burn or w/e lol and piss off some texans fans. so if any of the the regulars on here or season ticket holders wanted to arrange this i think it be fun. i guess the only positive out of the game sunday is that it set up another heated battle on the 19th, and should be interesting between #31 and # 80.  and im guessing there wil be a bunch of texans fans so this should be fun. im staying at the ramada inn right next to the stadium so im with walking distance and dont wanna party by myself lol, so if anybodys down lets make this happen.

just wanted to add something i was thinking about. its a little negative and im sorry. i really hope the next 4 out of 5 home games helps us.  but this TALENTED team started 0-6 last season, and had a tremendous come back to 6-6 by week 13. we as titans fans all know how 0-6 felt, and will never forget how bad a start that was. fast forward to 2010. titans start 5-2. and by week 11 this team only has 1 more win than they did last yr at this point. i know its not as bad as going 0-6 but lets not sugar coat it, this start is almost no better than last yr, and mediocracy and inconsistency is what kills good teams. THIS IS NOT A 5-4 TEAM. heres a quick list of some teams with identical records. Mia, oak, kc, wash. all teams that are not on the titans level. But i doestn matter withat your talent is, its how you perform and win Winnable games. this teams in the middle of the pack. can they get themselves out? Hi guys just was a little curious and wanted to find out how many origianl oiler fans are on here (pre 1997). Seems to be this guys story every year. underachieves in the first few games, then misses a stretch of the season. then comes back and plays well. but whatever gage is out, kenny britt steps in and comes up big on mnf. lets just say a nice deep one( and vy has a pretty deep ball), and nice 2 or 3 over the middle, and oh yea this kid scores when hes a starter. hmmmmm sounds like #18 needs to be our starter. just a thought. how bout this. the offense live blow without kevin mawae. eugene amano is god awful, but we rewarded him with a 27 million dollar deal. this team cannot cover against the pass. this team cannot cover kickoffs. when we needed a stop on 2nd and 25 we get a pass int and give the ball up at the 2.why cant we run the ball you say? well besides our line that cant run block you have a coaching staff that doesnt belive in vinve young. and a staff that believes lets keep the game close and play it safe well pull out a win. enough with the sugar coating championship teams bury a team like denver, championship team dont commit that pass interference, and champ teams dont fumble the kickoff. say what u want about it being early this was a huge must win game. 2-2 brings us to the middle of the pack instead of being among the elite at 3-1. now we go to dallas after they have two weeks of to game plan. sorry to be a negative nancy but 2-3 looms us. but ive come to grips with this heart break, been a fan of the oilers/titans my whole life, i only know heart break. today opened my eyes, WE WILL NEVER WIN A SUPER BOWL UNDER FISHER AND WITH VINCE YOUNG. sorry guys

this man is a huge key to our season this yr. if he can stay healty and out of trouble he will be a force in the middle. he is a potential 7-10 sack guy, with a high motor, who brings consitent pressure. he can play 3 downs, and not to mention has a knack for creating turnovers. we need him to step up and play 16 games this yr. i dont see why him and tony brown all yr wreak havoc and help us stop the run and free up our ends. lets face it, hayes and ford are young, and were gonna add more youth in the draft, so we need MIDDLE pressure. and of coarse our sedcondary needs one or two less seconds of covergae. even tho the new starter rod hood should be an upgrade. But the time is now for jones, its a make or break yr for him. i pray to god he steps up for us this yr or it could be another long yr. Lets go TITANS

ps. of the texans fans ive talked to on sites, the ppl on here seem to be the more knowlegeable ppl, an least ignorant, and im sure all of us at one time had something in common, we were all OILERS fans....cant wait for the game
