Attending first Boise home game
Fellow Bronco Nation Members,
My friend (whom I converted from a Alabama fan to a Bronco fan) and I are attending our first Boise home game in two weeks. I have been a member of Bronco Nation for since the first time I layer my eyes on the beautiful on the Blue Turf. I have attend away games and bowl games but never a home game in Boise. I am extremely excited to be going and have been looking forward to it for a while. I was wondering if anyone had any restaurants or other places to visit while I am in town. Also where are the good places to go after we send the horned frogs packing with a loss. Any and all recommendations are welcomed. Go Broncos

Can you pull the catcher and put him in the infield?
Me and my friend have been going back and forth about this possible play. Here is the situation:
You are the away team with two outs in the bottom of the ninth. Bases are loaded and it is a full count. Are you allowed to pull the catcher and put him in the infield as a fifth infielder? If I am correct due to a runner on first you don't have to worry about a dropped third strike. You see managers pull an outfielder and put him in the infield all the time but never do they pull a catcher. Is there a rule that I have missed that does not allow the catcher to be put in the infield? I'm sure the home-plate umpire wouldn't like it but what do you think. is it against rules?

Vladdy was great at his autograph signing
There was a great turnout for the Vladimir Guerrero signing this past weekend. For all of you Vladdy haters that complain that he is all about the money or that he is not personal with Angels fans, you could not be more wrong.
Big Daddy Vladdy had no problem with hand shakes, high fives and fist bumps. But my greatest moment was when my 3 year old son "who adores Guerrero" went to get his autograph and he says hi. Also when we were done he gives him a five and waves and says goodbye.
This may not seem like much to some people, but a day later my son still is as excited as when it happened and talks about it to whoever will listen. It was a moment that my son will probably never forget. That is what this game is all about making memories that last forever.
Vladdy Autograph Signing
This Saturday, November 7th, Angels icon Vladimir Guerrero will be signing autographs at the OC Dugout store. Vlad will appear from 12 noon until 1 pm, possibly later. Anyone who arrives by 1 pm will be guaranteed that their item(s) get signed. Autograph prices are $69.99 for small items, $99.99 for large items - Cash Only.
(wow, will a representative of the IRS be on hand?)
In addition, Vlad will be giving away a personal bat of his own (which he will sign personally for the winner) plus more autographed items. Feel free to forward this email and information to as many people as you think might be interested - Vlad will stay as long as possible so that everyone gets their autographs.
This is Vlad's 1st public appearance in over 3 years.
OC Dugout is at Hobby City - 1238 S. Beach Boulevard - Anaheim
Showing 1 - 4 of 4
