As the NCAA reform process continues to churn, the Pac-12 Presidents collectively put down their marker on various issues- scholarships, academic hurdles, etc. But what really popped out was the idea that we should revert to the era of not allowing freshmen to play varsity basketball, if the NBA and NCAA can't get their act together and address one and done. Wow.
