U.S. Pro Championships: Preview? Anyone?

Last year I was all gung-ho and stuff on-account-a I was actually going to the race and what not, so I painstakingly built my very first RR Preview post. This year, Q.T. with the family prevents that, but since I see noone has mentioned it, I figured I'd throw a thread out there to document some thoughts.

I just read over on Cycling News that Marco Pinotti has won his fourth Italian Time Trial Championship and figure maybe we can we use this post to keep track of all of the National Championship results going on before the Tour.
Darn. That is only 42 words...now, I gotta use some filler material...let's see, man it is hot here in southeast Virginia today, but it's okay because it's a wet heat.

O/T: Rangers win Scottish Premier League Cup
If you've ever been to Scotland for more than 5 minutes, you are pretty much required to declare a team loyalty. In the not to distant past, I spent the odd occasion (or three) doing "work related stuff" slightly north of Glasgow in the quaint village of Helensborough. Hanging out with the locals, I soon came to realize, I was in Rangers country. So, there it is...Go 'Gers!
