To Reke, or not to Reke?? That is the question (poll)
Tyreke Evans... Is he still Sacramento's Savior? Yesterday's front page write up about the potential end of an era drew mixed opinions on what should be the fate of Tryeke Evans.
Many believe the sky is still the limit for this kid, while others question his desire and basketball IQ. Kings fans are tired of being in the cellar, and would like to see this team finally make that big step next season... but do we do that with or without Tyreke Evans?
The Maloofs won't sell... and they won't move anytime soon (another Kings fan opinion piece)
This last week or two has definately sucked for Kings fans. And while we are used to our plight as the best fans with the worst team (and now worst owners), it never gets easier. I went through the first stage of denial, and all the "this can't be happening" bullshit, and now I am finally accepting the situation for what it is, and hoping for better days. And while I wait... I am trying to rationalize a possible outcome.
Here's what I see....

Call Maloofs S&E and leave Gavin Maloof a message
As a season ticket holder I am inclined to cancel my tickets for next season... stating my agreement to purchase them is non binding "and I just simply changed my mind"

No Durant at the Goon Squad game?!?
Does anyone know if he bailed on the game in Davis?
"No NBA star has been more visible during the lockout than Durant, who has played in a long list of exhibition games. After Howard’s game, he expects to play in an exhibition for the John Lucas(notes) Foundation on Nov. 20 Houston."
ARCO Concerts....a break from mock drafts
I know this isn't Kings/Basketball related, but the KISS fanshot has inspired me. So if you wanna share a few ARCO stories from the last 20 years, feel free!
What route do you want the Kings to take?
As Kings fans, we all agreed on one thing... Keep the Kings in Sacramento. Now that we have accomplished that, we appear to be split on what move to make next. For my own curiousity, I wanted to poll STR to see what route everyone preferred. (Just hammering this out before I leave work for the day, so my appologies for any grammar or poor ideas)
Do the Maloofs look a lil awkward in this interview? or is it just me
Not sure if this has already made it to another thread, but here is a video of the Maloofs leaving the BoG and saying they need more time. Their demeanor screams confidence!

Name says it all. Carmichael Dave suggests the fans remain seated in the arena after the final standing ovation.

More help in our corner
Looks like we have another friend in Darrell Steinberg.
Kings 2012 NBA Champions (revised)
If the crystal ball I stole from Kornheiser last time they had me on PTI is correct, and history really does repeats itself. The Kings will win the title in 2 years!
revised (Some fans have questioned my comparison from the 05-06 Heat team and our team. First off, this is only humorous that I say we will win in 2 years, but the numbers are very similar, and because of this its fun to DREAM BIG! Enjoy.)
Darren Collison
Don't post that often here on StR but I appreciate reading most of the savy, and well thought out opinions, as well as reading embarrassing posts by certain Miami Heat fans.
Just about everyones 2 cents on the 2009 draft`
Long time reader first time poster... Hope I'm doing this right
