Long-time Cubs fan; first game attended: 1946. Favorite "old" Cub...Hank Sauer. Very excited in 1952 when the Cubs actually went .500...the best in years. Enjoyed watching Ernie Banks, and was in attendance when he belted his 500th homer. Lived and then died with the '69 team, and probably never got over that disappointment. Have never lived down the Brock for Broglio fiasco.

Now live in the Lake Geneva area (hence the "jakeleneva from lakegeneva" nickname. Gave up on da Bears after McCaskey ruined the team. Am now a fan of the Packers.
