Gerald Green can play backup small forward for Pierce,

he is 6-8, athletic, can score and with some work from KG and Tom Thid

can become a good defender.

Tony Allen is too small, only 6-4, when you match against 6-8 Lebron,

you need a bigger small forward, and Gerald be signed for 1-2 mil,

low risk, high reward, this kid has been around a few years

and usually it takes 3-4 years to develop, it's perfect timing
