here is my crazy trade idea... http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=6pzcoah the celtics get billups, turiaf, gray along with NYs picks for this draft and next. the Hornets pick this year. allowing the celtics to make a push this year. (add a tmac, g.hill with the 3 mil deal).. billups is a solid PG, turiaf and gray add much needed size. and 3 picks to add to the clippers first round they recieved for perk. to a deep draft - Lamb, Drummond, Barnes, Jones.. austin rivers.. and all the cap space they want to either bring kg back or go after a free agent at the end of the season.. if they show howard a long term winning team, or a cap strapped team in LA/boston. or even a team that has no winning history in the nets.. or he goes back to orlando and fights miami and NY on his own.. he may take being with Doc and some young talent. (to go with A. Bradley, J. Johnson) Hornets get rondo, S&T for baby, the rights to kristic, rautins, billy walker. NYs pick in 2014. all for paul. which is honestly the best deal they can get. knicks get paul and 0 room to add good players. along with no picks for the next 3 years

instead of making huge trade up moves on draft day lets stock up on 2nd round picks.. why? becuase there is a lot of quality players possibly available.. such as..

first. i was wrong. i guess the team they had wasnt the team they would have going into the playoffs. but after the dust settled i like the trade. i think its a perfect set up for now and later.  gives pierce value in the last years of his contract. gives the second unit another chip. with west, green, davis and kristic/shaq they now have 4 players who can average 10 points per game. thats 40 off the bench every game. the starters only have to come up with 60. ray, paul, kevin, shaq and rajon can do that in 1 half if rested and healthy..  lets see the spurs, heat, lakers, thunder, magic, knicks or the bulls do that. those teams rely on 3 players. if 1 of those players doesnt get it doen they lose.

i recently found this out. the nhl has changed the all star game..  they let the fans vote for a starting line up. (6 players including the goalie) after that the players/coaches.etc.. fill out the rest.

these orlando moves have me excited. i love pro sports trade talk, and trade possiblities.. and i dont think orlando improved the team. unless they trade again. but this could change the nba depending on what the wizrads do. and if the suns are done also. now there is nash talk. etc..

i've been a fan of doc's coaching since he was in orlando.. i've always thought coaches win with veterans. in almost every sport. so when he first came to boston i thought he would have to work for wins. then they made trades and the rest is history i dont need to go over. but watching this season i've become a bigger fan of docs. his treatment of players has been perfect. i'de like to see some of avery bradley every game even if its for 2 min, play him vs the bench players and press to cause problems. but other than that. his late game play calling has to be the best in the league.. his understand of his players is also top 3. you can tell he has played or been around the league for years, he was well coached and understand how to draw up plays.

Ainge liked him (jonny flynn) going into the draft, they are being rumored to be giving him up for delonte west.. and also are looking to bring in david lee so they are trying to move big al jefferson also, both gone makes room for lee.. so do the math. ainge liked al didnt want to include him in the kg trade, but it came down to him or rondo, they made the correct/great choice. so does any one else think ainge would try to get these two????
