Former Penn State linebacker and ESPN NFL analyst Matt Millen says the biggest piece of Joe Paterno's legacy is all good and he positively impacted so many lives. Paterno's focus was on others, not himself.

"it’s apparent the Eagles have their eye on a specific candidate from one of the two Super Bowl teams – we’re convinced it’s Packers defensive backs coach Darren Perry – and it’s possible that an informal deal has already been reached with that candidate. "

Wowvk

Talor Battle had 26 points and finished 8 of 15 from the field and 4 of 9 from 3-point territory including his jaw dropping 3 pointer from 35 feet tonight. (first time Penn State (10-6, 3-2 Big Ten) beat ranked foes in consecutive games since the 1954 NCAA tournament. The Nittany Lions beat then-No. 18 Michigan State 66-62 on Saturday.) espn.com recap

"When he isn’t violating some NCAA rule, he’s shining a light on the absurdity of how the sport’s power players managed to rewrite said rule so its cash flow could continue unabated. Each Pryor quote seems to prompt the system to respond in some bumbling, embarrassing way that only makes things worse."

"5 Losses for Alabama in the five games for which "ESPN College GameDay" has been broadcast from Tuscaloosa. Alabama has a 9-8 record when "GameDay" is on site, but in Tuscaloosa the Crimson Tide is 0-5, losing to Georgia in 2007, LSU in 2005, Oklahoma in 2003, Georgia in 2002 and UCLA in 2001. "GameDay" is scheduled to be in Tuscaloosa this weekend for the Tide's game against Penn State. In two of the games -- in 2007 and 2005 -- Alabama was the higher-ranked team. In 2003 and 2002, an unranked Alabama team lost to a ranked opponent. And in 2001, UCLA was No. 17 and Alabama No. 25."
