On being traded: "It kind of was like my first day of pro ball all over again. I had to learn everyone’s names, adjust to the new surroundings, and get settled in. I couldn’t have been more happy with everything that happened though."

"I think every team was planning on moving me over to second base so I had it in my mind I was going to be playing second as a professional."

Here is an article from a local SD site. Doubt the Raiders would want Cromartie, or would even trade within their division, but if the Chargers are willing to give up picks I could see it.

Great breakdown. There are some interesting names on there. I like Michael Bush a lot but I doubt Oakland would give him up.

"Pitchers and catchers report. Baseball fans too.

It’s the opening of the Padres spring training this weekend. A year ago there were many questions on the roster. This year, new players may help provide answers."

This is from the same San Diego new site that has been covering Sunday's match up pretty heavily

All the experts pick the Chargers -- what a surprise.

For those of you who don't know, Lee "Hacksaw" Hamilton is a radio personality that has been all throughout So Cal for years. He recently wrote this article about how the Jets are the toughest possible match up for the Chargers of the remaining teams.

Hacksaw is worried about the toughness of the Jets defense.

What do you think?

The grades are in. Next up the final exam, aka postseason play for the San Diego Chargers.

Mid season Grade Point 2.8
End season Grade Point 3.3

Looks like it will be a great match-up. I wonder how the loss of Chris Henry will effect their play.

Also, here are the expert picks for the game:

Here is this week's positional breakdown for the Chargers game in Dallas.

Also the experts seem to be split on the Chargers luck in December vs. the Cowboys inability

Here is a position-by-position breakdown for this week's game.

A lot changed since the last time these two teams met. I think the WRs are still a lot more evenly matched than they are given credit for.

Also from the same site, the experts pick the game.

This week's installment from San Diego News Network.

I think that the real battle will be in the trenches this week. If the Charger O-line can keep the rush at bay Rivers will be able to pick apart that defense.

Also check out the game picks.

IInteresting that the Chargers have the advantage in QB. I think the fact that Eli has produced in the playoffs may mean that the comparison is closer to a push.

Also, here are their expert picks for the game against the Chargers.

No surprises really. I don't think many expect the Chargers to pull it off.
