Frontcourt Role Upgrades (where have we gotten better?)

At first it looked like the arrival of Rasheed Wallace was an upgrade in the role of "first big off the bench". But now with the resigning of Glen Davis, and signing of Shelden Williams, i'd say that Sheeds addition has now upgraded the entire frontcourt
2008:
Kevin Garnett
Kendrick Perkins
Glen Davis
Leon Powe
Mikki Moore (POB)
Brian Scalabrine
2009:
Kevin Garnett
Kendrick Perkins
Rasheed Wallace
Glen Davis
Shelden Williams
Brian Scalabrine
You can see that some of the same faces are still there, but the difference is that we have more proven/trusted guys playing in the smaller roles instead of the question marks that killed us last year.
Last years big issue is that when KG went out everybody bumped up a role, which was fine at the starting position and even with Leon coming off the bench first.... then he got hurt. So now Mikki Moore is the first big off the bench, which as you know was a horror show.
I think the 2009 green have better quality players, and better quality insurance players. BBD can't be expecting to get the minutes he was getting last year in the playoffs, but ironically he's now a better player in a smaller role (good for Boston, probably frustrating for BBD)
There will be nights where Perk or KG can't go, and we know have the talent to make that almost unnoticeable... which is very scary for the other team.
