"He's bigger, faster, stronger than his brother. He's so athletic," He will be a 10-year pro and protect your [expletive] out at left tackle." Don Gregory on Matt Kalil

Cam on the Madden Cover Vote
Man Cam cracks me up! AKA "The Dinosaur"?? i mean what the hell is he talking about. I love this guy.
Claiborne scores 4 on Wonderlic test
Good heavens that's terrible. This change any of your minds about Claiborne? I don't know much about how much intelligence is required to play CB but does this knock Claiborne down the draft board a little bit?
Ryan Kalil at Comic-Con!
Genuinely funny guy. Glad he's on our team, even though he's making $10million this year..
Kris Jenkins Unloads!
This is a must listen. Might change some of your views on the Panthers.
Injunction Granted: Lockout Back On
Looks like no trades for now ladies. Maybe Smitty will be a Panther for just a little bit longer. Sure hope that enough playbooks were given out today to get around all the players, because players are being told to leave the facilities and doors will be locked.
Panthers Should Bring in DE Vernon Gholston

We all know the Vernon Gholston story. He was a very highly touted player coming out of college, protected top-10 pick and one of only two players to record a sack against LT Jake Long in his NCAA career. He solidified his draft stock by being a 'Workout Warrior' at the combine with 37 reps on the bench press as well as impressive figures in the 40, vertical and broad jump.
After being selected 6th overall by the New York Jets he became one of the biggest draft busts in recent memory, failing to ever record a sack in 3 seasons with the team. Now there is no excuse for such a profound lack of production but it does ponder the question: how does such a highly touted prospect coming out of college fail to even achieve a single sack?

I am excited to announce that John Fox has agreed to terms to become the 14th head coach in Denver Broncos history. Coach Fox is a great fit for us not only with his coaching ability but also with his personality. He is a dynamic and proven leader who will energize our entire organization. John has coached great defenses, turned teams around and been to Super Bowls. We couldn’t be more excited to have him lead the Denver Broncos.

Congrats to Coach Rivera being named new Panthers HC!!! Look forward to meeting him and getting to work

LT Jordan Gross only Panther named to Pro Bowl. He's joined on the NFC team by PHI's Jason Peters and GB's Chad Clifton. Andre Gurode and Shaun O'Hara were the NFC Cs, keeping Kalil sidelined. Julius Peppers (8 sacks), John Abraham and Justin Tuck the NFC DEs. Charles Johnson (11.5 sacks) predictably shut out.

Panthers release DT Louis Leonard. LL never really healthy enough to contribute. They were hoping he'd do more. Nothing to show from 2009 trades for Leonard and Tank Tyler.

Let's hope Hurney keeps this tandem in Charlotte for years to come.
Housh on the block!
I don't suppose there is any chance at all of the organisation making a move? Too overpaid? Too old? Too slow?
Jerry Richardson offseason chat
