Stop stalking me and go watch the game!
That look was implemented in the Denver Broncos' uniform—their home collars are half-blue, half-orange and their away collars are half-blue, half-white. Denver's collar may be changing to all-blue this fall. Over at DenverBroncos.com (and possibly elsewhere on the web), Nike has been displaying an ad featuring wide receiver Demaryius Thomas. In the ad, Thomas' collar is all-blue.
Manning's face and facemask (especially near the top of his helmet) looks extremely awkward. Let's hope this is a screenshot from very early on in the game's development—the graphics leave much to be desired. The turf flying up around McGahee's feet is merely four triangles, another graphic glitch. And the choice of McGahee is curious, even if he is penciled in as the team's current starter. The Broncos selected Wisconsin running back Montee Ball in the second round of the draft last month, threatening McGahee's starting gig. Are both of Shield's ankles broken? They appear to be, and McGahee's wrapped ankles are awfully bulky.
It is unclear if their numbers include the one-year, $1 million deal that pass rusher Shaun Phillips signed with the team last week, but ESPN.com is reporting that the Denver Broncos currently have $8.4 million in cap space.

In Matt Miller's Top 1,000 Players series, there are five Denver Broncos in the Top 100 list. They are: Champ Bailey (54), Demaryius Thomas (49), Chris Harris Jr. (38), Peyton Manning (9), and Von Miller (5). Pretty cool to see Harris getting so much love. Who should be higher? Who was snubbed?
"I just worked out for them, I thought it went great," said Bell.

Six days later, Baltimore agreed to trade him to Denver. But before that trade happened, another team made Baltimore an offer (in fact, several teams made offers). The San Francisco 49ers and Colts discussed a trade that included quarterback Joe Montana, who would go on to win three Super Bowls with the 49ers after the 1983 draft.

Pre-draft visits can be telling, but they should also be taking with a grain of salt. Last spring, Denver's Executive V.P. of Football Ops John Elway, former General Manager Brian Xanders, Head Coach John Fox, former Offensive Coordinator Mike McCoy, and then-Quarterbacks Coach Adam Gase all traveled to Arizona to watch quarterback Brock Osweiler workouts—a sign that the team was seriously interested. But the team never visited or talked with Cincinnati defensive lineman Derek Wolfe. During the draft, the Broncos selected both players in the second round (Wolfe at No. 36 and Osweiler at No. 57).
Somebody got his feelings hurt.
In March, the Denver Broncos placed tenders on five players, including running back Lance Ball. On Monday, Ball signed his tender. The one-year deal will keep Ball in Denver through 2013, paying him $1,323,000 (per Spotrac.com). Ball figures to compete for the No. 3 RB position on the Broncos depth chart this summer.
"A lot of people enjoyed seeing the spot—my teammates come up to me and yell, 'XM 60 outlaw!'" Manning told Bader Media in an interview which included a sneak peek of Manning's latest Buick commercial.
Earlier this week, Miller rolled out his Top 100 cornerback rankings. Guess which Denver Bronco was in the Top 5? Not veteran Pro Bowler Champ Bailey. Rather, the young Chris Harris.
"As I've said, those guys out there (Dwight Freeney and John Abraham) are options, but the bottom line is we also feel very comfortable with Robert Ayers. He's going to be at the right (defensive) end—as of right now he's our starter at right end."
A dark horse could be 21-year-old British Olympic discus record holder Lawrence Okoye. Okoye is being targeted by "five leading NFL teams," according to Ian Stafford of the Daily Mail. After participating in Atlanta's regional combine last week, Okoye has drawn interest from several teams and plans to workout at another regional combine in Dallas on April 7.

Dumervil's teammates were more understanding. "I can say I learned a lot from (Dumervil), a true friend and teammate," outside linebacker Wesley Woodyard tweeted on Sunday evening. "Wish you nothing but success, bro!"
I must say, I love what you guys have done to the place. The site seems to be updated more frequently and the stories have been well done. Kudos.

RG3 was abused this season. Should Washington give him fewer carries in the future to limit the damage his body receives?
Wilson fumbled on a read option play in the wild card round. That could prove costly further into the postseason. Should Seattle continue running it?
"In 2006, former Miami Dolphins defensive end Jason Taylor was dominating games, seemingly reaching the quarterback every play while totaling 13.5 sacks (a high season total back in the day) batting down eight passes, intercepting two passes and forcing an astounding nine fumbles. Brian Bahr/Getty Images Over in Denver, cornerback Champ Bailey was having a remarkable season of his own, recording 85 tackles, breaking up 11 passes and intercepting 10 passes while gaining respect as one of the league's top tackling cornerbacks against the run. At the conclusion of the 2006 season, Taylor was named the Defensive Player of the Year, despite the fact that Bailey tied for the league lead in interceptions and proved to be extremely effective against the run. Voters have always overlooked cornerbacks in favor of pass rushers, and that trend will likely continue in 2013—unjust as that may be."
The read option proved costly for Washington. Will it last in San Francisco and across the NFL?
