First, I was just at the NBA store in NYC and I was asking a sales rep about our uniforms and he said that it's finally getting unveiled sept 1st, and will be in the store maybe a wek later. So that was good news for me since my birthday is in the middle of sept.

And secondly, I think we should fill our backup C spot with Big Ben Wallace. People forget how he dominated defensively, winning four(!) nba defensive player of the years. And I understand he's a bit of a liability on offense but that's not where we need help. He have a ton of offensive firepower and we need D, rebounding and we could benefit from his defensive presence. And he will probably sign for the vets min. which is big for us bc that's all we can offer. With all that being said, Go Nets and GET IT DONE BILLY (please)

courts with lights in brooklyn?

me and a couple of friends want to play basketball tonight and at night is the only time we can meet up, that being said we are looking for courts with lights. anybody know of any good courts with lights? all the courts I know of has no lights and google wasn't much help at all.

the board of governors meeting?? and when will we find out the new logo/colors/unis?

i have read articles saying our colors are anything from black/red or baby blue combo to blue/ gold (colors of brooklyn).. just wondering what other nets fans want/ expect and if you have any insider news, feel free to share!!

and since i need more words so i can publish this, i hope too see everyone at the final nets game in nj! its the last one so i hope we can have a big turn out and send the nets off to BK with a bang while honoring their time with us over the years.

Is Sly the fox following us to Brooklyn?? I haven't heard anything about that, but in my opinion I think this gives the Nets an opportunity to have a fresh new mascot, who is slightly less bleh than our friendly fox and his mini me.

If they do sub him out, what do you guys think the mascot should be (besides Dwight Howard of course)? I would say a Lion but the Kings already have that. Who knows maybe it will be Lucious Harris walking around Barclays with a net on his head..
