Love my Cubs - love my family more! My wife, my son & my baby daughter.
Enjoy watching the Cubs, NASCAR Cup racing (watching the man - Jeff Gordon), and the Bears. Love the NCAA mens basketball tourney as well.
I am blessed. The only thing I want to see is a Cubs World Series Championship!

Time to throw away 'IGH' banners & burn 'W' flags

As someone guilty of displaying the 'W' flag after most home wins, outside my home - I am to blame. This weekend, I plan to burn my 'W' flag.
For all of you who have the It's Gonna Happen banners and signs - throw them away, please - and don't display them at any more games.
We as fans, cannot continue to promote these things.
We - IMO - are the best fans in baseball. We need to act like it. Let's not embrace the 101 years since a World Series title. It is not something to be proud of.
I'm sure this post will offend some, but it is not meant to. It is just my opinion. I hope others share it, but understand if they don't.
